TERMS, CONDITIONS, BOOKING & CANCELATION POLICY A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking an appointment. This deposit is a minimum of 30% of your total service cost at the bar. (this deposit will be deducted from your total at your appointment) You can reschedule your appointment with a minimum 48 hour notice and your deposit will be pushed to your rescheduled appointment. If the 48 hour period has passed and you cancel, you’re deposit will unfortunately be forfeited. If we happen to find another client in the time you have given us, that can fill your spot, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment using the deposit you have previously paid for. If not, you will have to make a new booking with a new deposit. As we understand people become sick and other things happen. We try to be as flexible as possible! But we do have these policies for a reason. If you need to cancel without rescheduling. Again your deposit will be forfeited as we have a “non-refundable” policy. Please note, when booking you are consenting to these legal policies in place. This includes any covid related cancellations.
